Who is it for? We are a group of people from all walks of life, brought together by our Scottish ancestry or our love of things Scottish. What are our aims? To offer a welcome to new and prospective members and help them to settle into Nottingham life: To offer new friendships: To help to keep alive Scottish traditions: And to enjoy ourselves! When and where do we meet? The season runs from September to May each year, including a weekly Scottish Country Dance social at St.Andrew’s URC Church Hall, Chaucer Street. Members receive three copies of the Newsletter per year and a calendar of diary dates, plus ticket application forms for our Saint Andrew’s Night and Burns Dinner Dances. Although we have a core of long-standing members there are always people moving into or away from Nottingham , so we are always looking out for new members. Don’t be shy…introduce yourself as a `new member’ - the best way is to come to a dance social, even if you’re a non-dancer – and you’ll be warmly welcomed. HOW DO I GO ABOUT JOINING ? Come along Thursday Evenings, September to April to St Andrew's Church Hall, Chaucer Street, Nottingham 7.30pm - 10pm ,Beginners and experienced dancers very welcome. Members £2.00 Non Members £3.00 per session. For more information please contact 01773 765896 or email : w.dall@btopenworld.com
